Amazing Fish Taco Sauce. Half sour cream and half light mayonaise seasoned with chipotle seasoning.
Pico de Gallo. Fresh diced tomatoes, diced onion, and generous amounts of chopped cilantro drenched in fresh squeezed lemon juice.
