Kim's Pumpkin Cheesecake
Kim is an American who has taken up residency in the Paris area for the last eight years. She loves her kitchen, but hates sharing it, so a big big thank you to Kim for opening her home and most importantly her kitchen which is her private retreat.
This day also featured my very own Nichole's Brownie Caramel Cheesecake. Cheesecakes are neither hard work, nor requiring super complicated skills. They are time intensive. You have to start a few days ahead of time and wait patiently, sometimes hours, between each step.
